- Location: The location was very convenient. There were two 7-11 convenient stores, two food courts, and several (tourist) restaurants along the alley. McDonald’s was nearby, and a supermarket was just one floor below McDonald’s. The Phloen Chit BTS station was not far away from the hotel. The Siam BTS station (Siam Paragon, Siam Center, Siam Square, Siam Square One, Siam Discovery) was just 2 stations away (~6 minutes). The Asok station (Terminal 21 Asok) was also just 2 stations away (~6 minutes). When I booked the hotel, I was not aware that Bumrungrad International Hospital was just nearby. After arriving that, I realized that I feel more comfortable to try street food since a hospital was nearby. - Room: The room was more spacious than expected. The view was above average. The windows were floor-to-ceiling windows. - Bed: The beds was really big even for 2 plus-sized people. - Bathroom: A bathtub was available. - Furniture and Appliances: These were available: a sofa with a small table, a bedside table, a working desk with a chair, a small kitchen with a microwave oven and a sink, a good refrigerator large enough for 10 bottles of 2L water, more than enough electric sockets, an iron with an ironing board, a safe that worked even during power distribution. - Air-Conditioner: It was cooler than needed 90% of time, so I needed to adjust it to lower power. But it was not cool enough on very hot days even at maximum power (just 1 day in my 12-day trip). - Staff: - Lady at Reception: Nice and polite. - Man at Reception: Nice and polite. - Janitor 1 (older Thai lady, met once): Nice and polite, although unable to speak English. - Janitor 2 (younger non-Thai lady, met once): Nice and polite, spoke a little bit English.

- Location: There was flooding along the alley during raining seasons (3/4 of the year, I guess). During my 12-day trip, I encountered 2 serious flooding that my shoes and socks were all wet when I went out of / back to the hotel. The water level was around 20cm. - Room: The room was not clean enough. I found and killed one cockroach. - Bed: The bedsheets were only 90% clean, and there were unknown stains. The bedsheet was replaced on a random basis, unless you tell them to do so. - Bathroom: The bathroom looked old and dirty. It did not seem to be completely cleaned before a new guest moving in. The water was not hot enough. The water flow was so weak that it was not suitable for showers (forced to take a bath). The shower-head leaked water when the faucet was being used. The quality of the soap was so bad that my skin felt itchy after bathing. I bought soap from 7-11 nearby to solve the problem. The towels were only 75% clean, and there were unknown stains. They were replaced on a random basis. I found the towels I already used being folded nicely and placed on the bathtub rack. The janitor tried to make them look new. - Furniture and Appliances: There were obvious stains on the sofa. There were only 2 international electric sockets near the working desk. Other sockets were Thailand standard sockets. - WiFi Network: The WiFi connection was so unstable. Even when your devices were connected to the WiFi, It often actually disconnected from the Internet. The WiFi had no password and thus it was insecure. - Food and Drinks: Almost everything was paid and it was not cheap. There were no free snacks (most hotels I stayed offered at least one or two packs of biscuits). - Staff: - Janitor 3 (younger Thai lady, met the rest of the time): Very bad attitude. Woke me up at 10AM every morning unless I put the “DND” sign at the door. Just said one word "clean" without smiling. - Janitors (in general): Talked loudly outside the room near the door.

Great Location for Hospital patient. Good Price

No hotel facilities I don't recommend the breakfast Entrance and loopy are not comfortable

The restaurant should include more indian food menu because we saw majority of the guests were from india or Bangladesh

Big room, friendly staff, close to Bumrungrad. Nice food when eating from the menu. Effective kitchenette with good size fridge and microwave.

Breakfast choices were limited. Would have liked more furniture in the spacious room to make it more cozy.

Near the hospital because I coming for health check - stuff good.

Room have a lot of ants Many people stay in hotel he open room door and speak on phone loud And my brother room close to store room and housemaid . It’s not comfort with like this loud hotel.

Rooms are okay. Request for corner rooms, it is large and spacious even you put extra bed in the room. Premium room have microwave, dishes and all dining facilities. Very close to Bumrungrad hospital, just 2 mins walk.

Breakfast are quite simple and normal. No slipper in bathroom and no indoor slipper in the room too. No glasses to drink water in the room.

If you are visiting bumrungrand hospital then its the right spot, cause it is next to the hospital. If you are the kind of person who like eating breakfast then it is your place again, has variety of food in their breakfast.

The elevator is too small and outdated. The restaurant is just in front of the elevator, so there is no privacy to go in and out. The surrounding area is a bit dirty and you have to walk a bit to get to the action.

Location- Very close to Bumrungrad Hospital. Acceptance- Arrived early than check in time and the receptionist accommodated us and checked us in earlier coz we informed her that we would also check out more than 5hrs earlier than standard check out time. Breakfast buffet was not bad. Facilities- Room was well equipped with small ref, microwave, water boiler with some plates and cutlery. Clean room

Staff- There was one receptionist who entertained us on our arrival—she was fine however she needed to smile and not be grumpy all the time. Toilet- drainage was a bit slow. When taking a shower, be careful and vigilant or else you’ll be having a small pool of water. Ambiance- Noise can be heard from inside the room.

The location next to Bumrungrad International Hospital is unbeatable, especially if you are having surgery and need to walk home all drugged up. The location otherwise is also good, near the BTS and many other important things in Sukhumvit.

The room was full of ants. The bed was hard. The pillows were moldy. I hoped for complications from surgery so I could remain in the hospital longer and not have to go back to the hotel.

The arrogant manager at the reception who apoke to me.. she was very rude and she needs to be removed from her post as i was not the only one she spoke like that

The bathroom didn’t have a bath tub but when I booked the room the pictures of the room included a bath tub. This was misleading

Perfect location. Easy to get to trains. Breakfast was ample & good selection. Great value for money & friendly staff.

Maybe quality of towels could be better as most times had ones that were quite frayed. When we arrived we were given a smaller room than we booked even though I booked 3 mths in advance. They did change it the next day which was good.

Huge rooms! Great room facilities, i.e. iron, slippers, microwave, large fridge. Bed was large and comfortable, with huge pillows. Staff were always friendly, and breakfast had sufficient variety. Friendly English speaking gentleman with a coffee shop right outside the hotel is happy to lend local advise and serves a great iced choc.

Although rooms were advertised with balcony, you are unable to access it. Staff are not permitted to unlock the doors to the balcony - which makes it difficult to dry wet shoes or air the room. Hotel rooms were undergoing partial renovations while I was there, so some construction noise, but the renovations help the rooms a lot (I had a short stay in a non-renovated room before travelling on, returning to stay in a renovated version).
